Subject:Another angle...
Comment:OK OK.. think about it in another way.. 'spirituallity' is just a method of learning and exercising one's brain and mind to one's own advantage.. 'God', 'spirit', 'holy trinity', 'buddha' are just terms.. same as in algebra or physics or psychiatry... every science (The observation, identification, description, experimental investigation, and theoretical explanation of phenomena) always needs to intruduce some terms, concepts and vocabulary in order to explain something... 'religion' is a science as any other science...You are confusing the words with the actual experience, which You cannot judge until You experience it... our brain and mind belongs to us and we can train it in the same way we train our bodies... You are saying that people who are members of a Gym are sad bastards.. but how can You judge them? If that is what makes them happy, so be it. I am sure You have your own methods and 'science' how to be happy. Blah

Subject:And time for food too!
Comment:You see...You eat because You are hungry or believe that it will do You some good... You read because You are bored or believe that it will be somehow beneficial to You.... And You claim that the way You walk is the only way humans should walk... and there is nothing wrong with it.. it is human nature and human psycological make up to claim such idiotic things... but You go one step further... You actually claim that You are open minded and that You understand human behaviour... at the same time You deny others to walk differently and have different views on life... what is wrong with the food You are not eating? What is wrong with the type of the walk You simply cannot perform becuse of your phisical limitations? What is wrong with others and their different and marvelously varried methods to achieve what You claim You achieved already? Blah?

Subject:Tired child...
Comment:Have You ever thought about tired child? Have You ever noticed that when the child is tired, it won't fall asleep, instaed it will be in a 'bad mood' moaning and complaining about everything? Have You ever considered yourself to be this tired child? You stay on ICC all nite and then You go to work... You are tired, full of guild and frustration.. You are not pleasant to your co-workers or ICC members...so You think of taking some control over this situation.. You try to limit your stay on ICC or whatever... basically You recognize that your life pattern does nobody good, You being the first and most important victim. So You limit and control your access to ICC .. that is your religion.. that is what religion is about... training...willingness to do good produces harm... One has to learn how to balance things out... one has to learn how to walk on the rope...You have...but You still claim that You have not.... You are denying yourself the most wonderful achievement You ever achieved... Good Bye! ;-) And of course I selfishly wrote all this from myself to myself. Tellling others what WE should do seems like the best method to actually do it. It never works though. Ideas get burried in words and somehow, because we thought about it, our brains consider it done... welcome to software engeeenieiring blah

Subject:Dog
Comment:I trained myself to laugh. I trained myself using the knowledge I gained from training my dog. There was nothing spiritual or intellectual about it.. just repetition. It changed my life because my body obviously started to feel better when I laugh. And other people did too. Training myself to laugh like a dog was like turning the ignition key... I cannot go back now to non laughing.. laughing is addictive hehehehehehehehehe HAR!
